Don't get us wrong. We've done our fair share of pug praising here, and why not? They're little! They're silly! But they're also kind of disturbing. We're sorry, but it's true. They're "cute" -- but they're not cute. And they always seem to be the ones getting caught doing odd stuff. Stuff other dogs just don't do. We love it, but we're puzzled. Maybe it's in their blood. (Their genetic makeup does seem a little off...) Or maybe it's their owners that are the screwed up ones, luring their hapless pugs into madcap scenarios only to exploit them across the internet... Either way, here's to you, crazy pugs, and your bizarro pug life.

Apparently Melinda is NOT a Pug lover, therefore is a total whacko! These videos (minus the long tongue) are very cute and funny. Pugs are very curious by nature, thats why they get into some funny situations and so much trouble. They have the best personalities of any dogs our family has ever had.

Pugs are awesome. This story is a joke. Okay, the Pug in the toilet video, that was an accident. She accidently fell in. Doesn't most small dogs and cats do sometimes??!! Sheesh!
Humans are the ones who suck!! You people suck!!

Pugs are weird -- yes. But awesome. And hilarious. Our pug Monty changed our life. And we can't stop making videos about him!

I had a pug once, about 25 yrs ago, before they were en vogue. No one in my neighborhood had ever seen one. Named him Meathead. He was awesome ! Someone stole him from my yard, though. Thought about getting another one since they`re so plentiful now, but I remember Meathead`s "issues". He shed like mad, overheated easily, dripped slobber everywhere, of course snorted uncontrollably. Got his food and water everywhere around his bowls. Farted alot. Eyes easily irritated, sneezed alot. But, he had the best personality !

They're like little piggies. The constant grunting gets kinda annoying after a while but they're so cute.

Up until 2 years ago we had 2 pugs, Merry which we still have and Mia she passed away, she had a bad heart. Both were fiesty little girls. Merry is 25lbs of wrinkles and crinkles. They love people. Yes they snore, pass God awful gas, shed, and sneeze alot, but their great family dogs. When they bark they sound like squeeker toys, they have so much personality, and yes they do watch tv lol.Incase your wondering about the name, she was a Christmas present 6 years ago. She's a black faced silver pug. Mia was jet black, very muscular little girl. MIA (Maya)got her name because she was always missing in action, she would hide and sleep during playtime lol.

I've always had rescue dogs, and this time, one of them is a Pug. She is a gorgeous girl, well behaved, and totally entertaining. One thing I didn't see mentioned is the "Pug Howl." First time Frankie did this (yes, she is named after Frank the Pug, star of Men in Black II) I thought either she was sick, or there was a coyote in the area. She just sits back and howls, happy as she can be. Gas? yes, shed? yes, toe nail grow like bamboo? yes. Skin issues? yes. Worth it? YES

yeesh, the pug in that last video needs to drop some serious weight. That's like animal abuse. It's not cute. The dog in the toilet was also scared: lip licking and yawning are signs of nervousness. The others were very cute though :)
